It sounds like something one would say when describing their perfect spouse but no, it's just how the first sneak preview from independent synthpop artist, Megan McDuffee's forthcoming December 2019 cover EP has been described. Music fans often have a hard time explaining what they are hearing or what they are listening to, or the toughest of all, what they would like to hear. Not everyone is privileged to have the indepth knowledge and experience in the entertainment industry that allows music producers, studio musicians and other professionals to accurately describe sound so more often than not people find themselves lost for words. Having worked behind the scenes for several years as a video game and film music composer, Megan is well-versed in the terminologies musicians and music industry professionals use to describe sounds - she wouldn't have been able to win so many awards or deliver such amazing results on so many projects otherwise. She's is able to convey exactly what she feels, how she wants listeners to feel and exactly what sound she is going for in every single one of her songs, something only great artists and bands are able to do. When she made her debut back in 2018 with the release of the critically acclaimed best-seller, "Hero" with electronic producer, Alex angelic was a word that came up very frequently. Several months on and her sound has evolved almost exponentially - it's now a lot bigger and fuller, a lot more infectious, and "dark and sexy" is now the overall vibe that's coming out of her humble studio.
