Music duo, The Keymakers took their local music scenes by surprise back in July 2017 when brothers, Rome Alexander, a well-seasoned R&B singer, songwriter, pianist and saxophone player from Pittsburg, USA, and Rederic, an EDM producer based in Canada, came together for a collaborative music project titled "L.Y.G". The song was such a hit with fans that they formed the group and went on to make their official debut with the release of the song, "Good For You" a couple of months later. "L.Y.G" put them on the radar of EDM fans far and wide, and has seen to it that they are now one of the most closely watched emerging electronic music acts of their kind in the US and Canada. On the 1st of October they released their latest single, "Remember", the first song from their forthcoming full length album, "Spectra", which is scheduled for release on the 1st of November. The new record is available to stream and download free on Soundcloud and popular free music promotion platforms. It is also available on iTunes, Spotify and all major digital music services.

DJ BOSSA NOVA EDIT PACK 4

Los Angeles house music DJ and radio host, DJ Bossa Nova has just released the latest instalment of his edit packs, "Edit Pack 4". A few months back, the critically acclaimed DJ and producer, who is known in and around California for hosting some of the most exciting and thoroughly satisfying club nights in the region announced that he'll be giving away edit packs featuring his best sounds for free every month to reward his loyal fans and followers. As hard as it may seem for one of the hardest working DJs in Cali, with residencies, club nights, radio shows and back-to-back gigs to attend every single night, he has and continues to deliver on his promise. DJ BOSSA NOVA, EDIT PACK 2

When artists work so hard on their music, it's so hard to give it away free, but just over a month ago critically acclaimed independent Los Angeles DJ, DJ Bossa Nova announced that he'd be giving away free edit packs featuring some of his best works every month. The reason is simple - with one of LA's top online radio shows for house music, "Outside The Box", several residencies locally and in surrounding regions, "Inner Loop Radio" - a popular weekly podcast,  so many popular clubbing events and so much going on in his career, it has become almost impossible for his dedicated fans to keep up with him and staying in close contact with his fans has been a key aspect of his career since the very beginning. Edit Pack Vol. 1 was released back in June and this week Edit Pack Vol. 2 and 3 were released on the 6th. All packs are free to download via Instagram.

TAIWAN LIGHTS

2018 was an exceptional year for Mississippi rapper, Coolidge, to say the least. He cemented his name in the history books as one of the hottest underground rappers to release as many notable hit records as he did in 1 year, and garnered an even bigger following than was previously thought possible for an independent hip hop artist from the Magnolia State. Many would stop to pat themselves on the back at this point, or at least catch their breath - maybe even sip a few Pina Coladas on the beach - but Coolidge knows better. Kicking off the year in full force, he dropped a new mixtape on the 1st of January. The new mixtape, titled "Taiwan Lights" is available to stream and download free on Spinrilla.
