Megan McDuffee has set the date for the release of her forthcoming cover EP. After quite a bit of suspense since she told fans the album was in production a few months back, she finally announced this week that it will be released on Friday, the 13th of December. The critically acclaimed music composer turned recording artist has enjoyed a lot of good publicity and success this year and according to critics and music industry insiders is poised to become one of the next big names in synthpop. Her records have sold out while still on pre-order time and time again, and she continues to top best-sellers lists every single time. Just last month her latest project, "River City Girls", a 50 track soundtrack album for a new Playstation and Nintendo video game sold out on vinyl months before its official shipping date and prior to that, her collaborative project, "Streets", which is still riding high on independent music charts went the same route. Megan is currently one of the most closely watched emerging synthpop artists in California and fans are holding on tight to their seats as she rockets her way to superstardom at an almost exponential pace.
