There comes a time in every artist’s career when everything starts to fall into place and all the stars start to line up. When all the hard work starts to pay off and all those countless hours writing songs don’t seem like such a waste of time after all. When all those songs they thought were really great start getting appreciated like the masterful artworks they are. For some artists it could take months or even weeks to reach this stage but for others it could take years, but the only thing that’s guaranteed is that it will happen eventually as long as patience, diligence, and of course, talent, are abundant. It’s that time for one of such patient, diligent and exceptionally talented artists.

Hailed as one of Berlin’s most promising new R&B artists, Kileza made her debut back in 2012 and instantly won the hearts of fans with her organic, infectious, family-friendly and homely vibe. She wrote and continues to write songs that appeal to all ages, are radio-friendly and have an uncanny way of making every listener feel special. Good songwriting is one sure way to the top of the charts and many of Germany’s music industry insiders are confident that she has what it takes to become their next big international R&B act.

Busking was how many great artists got their start in the music industry back in the day, and in fact is still a great way to not just get discovered locally and make a little money on the side, but also improve on performing live. Kileza headed over to the UK back in the summer after being granted a license to busk in the capital and before long she was embraced by London’s live music scene where she is starting to make a name for herself and is winning over the hearts of not just the fans but venue owners as well. Playing a great gig is key when it comes to performing live, but getting invited back is what makes the difference between a great artist and a good artist – and she is already proving to be one of the next R&B greats.
