The Liner Notes podcast is a new series by Nashville, Tennessee americana duo Crimson Calamity. During the show, hosts Lauren and Mallory interview musicians to find out how their songs came about – when/where they were written and recorded, who was involved and all the interesting stuff that used to be contained in the liner notes of CDs, vinyl records, cassette tapes and other physical music media, which are now sadly becoming a thing of the past. The first episode of the podcast was broadcast on the 5th of August, 2021 and featured special guest, independent California country music star Christie Huff, who released her latest single “If I Fall” on the 30th of July.
