Music, “Art Imitates Love” is a record by Savannah, Georgia indie artist and Grammy award-winning songwriter Jackie’s Boy. He performed the track live during the latest episode of his new weekly web series "Music Monday”. As with many of the singles that have been featured on the series the song is yet to be released and no release date has been set if there is any on the horizon at all but once available it will be provided here. In case you don’t know already, feedback is what the series is all about and it is not just very much welcomed but it is very important as well to ensure your favorite songs make it into the record stores and eventually into your Spotify and Apple Music playlist. This doesn't apply to you if you are still using free ad-supported versions, yuk, yuk, yuk. Just kidding he-he-he, but seriously, that's so wrong, you know it's wrong, just get premium so the
music industry can stop feeding us You-Ate-Ass-And-You-Loved-It pop music; we don't all do that, that's nasty. So tell us what you think, tell Jackie’s Boy what you think, and play your part in shaping the future of R&B and keeping real music as we know it alive before the robots get here with their pitch-perfect voices and their perfectly timed beats. No, those are not necessarily good things in music all the time, in fact, they may be the only things that are guaranteed to drive you completely nuts if nothing else will in the not so far future, in the year twenty twenty something when Viagra has been perfected for men, and women with WAP issues; gays can marry anywhere in the world without people threatening to do unforgivable things to their cheeks - not lesbians obviously, everyone loves a lesbian; goats can be just be goats instead of having to be the greatest all the time; people can sneeze again without instantaneously emptying out the whole perimeter and feeling so ashamed; and weed smokers can get super high once again without getting panic attacks from wrongly assuming they are surrounded by a bunch of ninjas with nothing but wet wipes and see though gloves - to clean up any traces of whatever they do with their amazing hands OBVIOUSLY, because they must be that good to not have swords and throwing stars... just wait and see.
