Music industry update | Ontario, Canada | Indie artist, Crissi Cochrane
“Get Collected” was an exciting music podcast hosted by Crissi Cochrane and husband, Soul Brother Mike a few years back. The twice-weekly podcast covered music industry related topics, and social and political matters, as well as answered questions and discussed issues surrounding the two musicians’ careers and endeavours. Sadly, the podcast came to an end on the 10th of December, 2017 after Season 5 Episode 7. A new podcast titled Soul City Music Co-op was launched on the 6th of July, 2020. The one hour podcast features replays and highlights from Ontario soul music collective, Soul City Music Co-op’s weekly virtual concerts. It is hosted by Crissi Cochrane, a member of the co-op, which was formed by Soul Brother Mike back in January and consists of 7 members – The Family Soul, Crissi Cochrane, The Bishop Boys, Brendan Scott Friel, Dane Roberts, Madeline Doornaert and Soul Brother Mike.
