When San Francisco, US artist, Megan McDuffee decided to step out from behind the scenes composing video game and film soundtracks to bless the microphone, no one could have expected the sheer mayhem that would ensue in the world of retro electronic music. Often described as "angelic" and "futuristic", her voice has placed synthpop and retrowave fans under a spell that is proving very difficult to break owing to back-to-back hits that just keep coming. Back in 2018 when it all began one of her first hits was the record, "Streets" with Canadian producer, Moonrunner83. The track sold out on CD and cassette almost instantly while it was still on pre-order and topped Bandcamp's bestsellers list for a long time after its official release. The two have announced that they'll be teaming up once again for a new record, working on a music video for "Streets" and also releasing a new version of the track (director's cut) in June.
