He's known to have one of the most intoxicating and colourful sounds on offer on Johannesburg, South Africa's electronic music scene; he is an Ableton wizard who recently had the rare opportunity to share his knowledge on how best to use the popular DAW for music production and sound design with young, aspiring producers and artists at South Africa's top creative media institute, SAE after being invited to run a short course; he has two alter egos under which he releases music because one just wasn't enough to express the true depths of his musical abilities; and The Watermark High (alias Kinoh) has now announced what fans are calling a third alter ego, and potentially the ultimate one - Paul Van Der Walt, which is his real name. This week he confirmed that he'll be releasing his first album under his real name, ushering in the beginning of a whole new exciting musical adventure. The album, titled "The Clear Blue Beyond" has been scheduled for release on Friday, the 3rd of May. He also released a copy of the album cover design. [View album cover below]
