DEAD MAN
|
Music industry update | New York | Indie singer songwriter, Frank Palangi |
Defying all odds, New York singer songwriter Frank Palangi released the
music video for his critically acclaimed 2019 single “Dead Man” right on schedule on the 6th of August, 2021, even after the tragic incident at his Brooklyn home which left his recording studio burnt down to the ground. According to Frank, the video was luckily already in post-production at the time and hence its release and the release of a few other projects that were in the works at the time were unaffected. Frank is currently still residing at a nearby New York hotel, where he is hosting
live gigs sporadically. There are multiple crowdfunding campaigns running simultaneously to help him
buy new studio equipment and rebuild his recording studio - some set up by fans; some by fellow musicians,
music industry professionals and friends; and one official campaign which he started himself. You can support Frank Palangi by donating cash or kind, or sharing any of the
campaigns on social media to get the word out there to other
rock music fans who will be more than happy to see and hear what the independent solo rock sensation has done to keep real rock alive, and achieved single-handedly during the 7 plus years of his illustrious indie music career.
