Music industry update | California, USA | Indie artist, Christie Huff
It’s been an amazing year for Christie Huff, and an even more amazing year for her fans, who have been on the receiving end of it all. Kicking of the year with the critically acclaimed single “Love-ish”, the Los Angeles country pop sensation followed with “Canvas” in April and “Halfway Fell” in June. All records have received widespread praise, the latest, “Halfway Fell” receiving over 100,000 streams on Spotify in under a month of its release. Christie took her show online back in March owing to the Coronavirus pandemic and the lock down measures that ensued. She is playing just as regularly as she would when live music venues where open, if not more, and fans have been able to enjoy an even more intimate experience from the comfort of their homes. Her next virtual concert has been scheduled for the 18th of July at 12 PM PST. Concert tickets and live streaming information are available on the Skunk Radio Live Events Page. This week, Christie also announced that her next single is complete and has been scheduled for release on the 24th of July. The single, titled “Gold Summer” will be available to stream and download on Spotify, Apple Music and all popular digital music services, as well as Soundcloud and selected music promotion and distribution services for independent musicians.
