With a sound that has been described as "rock magic" and "the new valium", they gained worldwide recognition back in 2011 and they have had the world's most discerning alternative music fans and critics bowing to their excellence under their spell ever since. Amycanbe is Ravenna, Italy's most highly revered independent band and one of the top indie bands in the country. Self-managed, produced and distributed, they have been hailed as the poster children of independent music success. This week they received a special feature in one of the UK music industry's top magazines, Music Week ahead of the release of their highly anticipated EP, "White Slide" which will be out in stores on the 19th of April. The title track, "White Slide (Live)" was released back in February and has already set the tone for what is now being described as a monumental moment in alternative music. The original single was featured on their critically acclaimed 2015 album, "Wolf" which is still being hailed as one of the most exciting alternative music releases on vinyl out there today. Their upcoming EP is being predicted to be one of the best alternative music releases this decade in both mainstream and independent music circles.
