CELEBRATING 11 YEARS OF DREAM POP MAGIC: THE BILINDA BUTCHERS' ANNIVERSARY

If really satisfying music is heavy on your mind and you've searched everywhere to no avail then you've probably been searching for this moment. It seems like only yesterday we were just discovering a music genre no one was really paying attention to and having our minds blown in ways we had never and would have never even dared to dream of. They surfaced at a time when music started to lose its edge, when music fans started to feel like they were missing something - that deep emotional connection, that sentimental value, that inner peace and calm, that excitement preceding sweet passionate moments spent in silence just listening in awe - that magic that could only come with really, really good music in as intrinsic a form as possible, unspoilled by the pursuit of wealth and fame, music industry politics, humongous egos, and the list goes on.

Many dedicated fans of the San Francisco dream pop trio, The Bilinda Butchers may not have discovered them at the start of their career but by the time the band came to the forefront of dream pop after really honing their sound their music had become to music fans what the scriptures are to the religious and it literally changed lives - it still does today. They've just completed their 2018 tour of China and Japan, where they've toured several times, and this week are celebrating their 11th year as a band.
